1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use 2102.io (the "website") and when you buy services from [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (ABN [ABN]), trading as 2102 ("we", "us", "our"). When you use the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Our services
We supply marketing and consulting services, for example AI search visibility, paid advertising, and AI implementation. Before we start work, we send you a written proposal. The proposal states the scope, the price, the payment terms, and the timeline. If the proposal and these terms do not agree, the proposal applies.
3. Results
We do our work with due care and skill. We do not control search engines, AI assistants, or advertising platforms. These platforms change their systems without notice. For this reason, we do not guarantee a specific ranking, a mention in an AI answer, a cost per lead, or a revenue result.
4. Fees and payment
You pay the fees in the proposal. Unless the proposal states a different term, you pay each invoice within 14 days. All prices are in Australian dollars. We add GST if it applies. We can pause work while an invoice is overdue.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information, and the access that we need to do the work.
- Make sure that you have the right to give us the content, data, and accounts that you share with us.
- Pay the advertising platforms directly for your ad spend, unless the proposal states a different method.
6. Intellectual property
We own the text, design, and graphics on this website. You can read, download, and print pages for your own use. You must not copy or sell the website content without our written permission.
When you pay in full, you own the deliverables that we make for you under the proposal. We keep ownership of our own methods, templates, and tools. You get a licence to use them as part of the deliverables.
7. Confidential information
Each of us keeps the confidential information of the other private. We use it only to do the work. This duty does not apply to information that is public, or that the law tells us to disclose.
8. Information on this website
The articles and guides on this website give general information only. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice. Get advice for your own situation before you act on them.
This website has links to other websites. We do not control those websites, and we are not responsible for their content.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or changes a right or remedy that you have under that law.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent that the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for example lost profit, lost revenue, or lost data. To the extent that the law permits, our total liability for a claim is limited to one of these remedies, at our choice: we supply the services again, or we pay you the cost to supply the services again.
11. Ending the work
Each of us can end the work with the notice that the proposal states. If the proposal states no notice period, either of us can end the work with 30 days written notice. You pay for the work that we completed before the end date.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy tells you how we handle your personal information.
13. Changes to these terms
We can change these terms. We show the new date at the top of this page. A change does not apply to work that a signed proposal already covers.
14. Governing law
The law of [STATE, for example South Australia], Australia applies to these terms. You and we agree to the courts of that state.
