Paid ads (Meta and Google)
Meta and Google Ads campaigns that we measure on cost per customer, not on clicks. Clear tracking first, then budget goes to what pays back.
The problem
Many ad accounts spend money on clicks that do not become customers. The tracking is incomplete, so nobody knows which campaign pays back, and the budget stays where it started.
What changes
- You know the cost of each new customer, by campaign.
- Budget moves each week to the campaigns that pay back.
- Your ads, landing pages, and follow-up emails tell the same story.
What you get
- Account audit: tracking, structure, spend, and wasted search terms
- Conversion tracking set up correctly (Meta pixel and CAPI, Google Ads and GA4)
- Campaign build: audiences, keywords, ad copy, and creative briefs
- Landing page review with specific changes
- Weekly optimisation and a monthly report in plain language
How the work runs
- Audit. We find where the money goes now, and which conversions the accounts do not track.
- Fix tracking. We make sure each lead and sale goes back to the campaign that caused it.
- Build and test. We launch a small number of focused campaigns and test the message.
- Optimise. We move budget each week to what pays back, and stop what does not.

Questions
What budget do we need?
Enough to collect useful data in 30 days. For most small businesses, that is a few thousand dollars per month in ad spend. We tell you in the first call if your budget is too small to test properly.
Do you lock us into a contract?
No. The work is month to month, and you own the ad accounts and all the data.
